We collect information only when you choose to send it:

• Contact form. Your name, email address, your message, and optionally how you are reaching out and what you would like to explore.
• Newsletter and waitlist forms. Your email address, and which form you used.

These submissions are sent to us by email at contact@inspiresgenius.com. They are not written to a database or a marketing platform by this website, so the record of your enquiry is the email itself.

The site is served through Amazon Web Services. As with any website, our hosting provider records standard technical information such as your IP address, the pages requested, timestamps, and your browser type. These logs are used to operate and secure the site.

To limit abuse of our forms, we briefly hold your IP address in server memory to count recent submissions. This is transient and is not written to disk.

This website sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics. There are no advertising pixels, no third-party trackers and no cross-site profiling. Web fonts are served from our own domain rather than a third party, so browsing this site does not report your visit to anyone else.

We use what you send us to:

• Reply to your enquiry and continue the conversation you started.
• Tell you when something you asked to hear about becomes available.
• Operate, secure and improve the website.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We use Amazon Web Services to host the site and to deliver email from our forms. AWS processes this information on our behalf and under its own security and privacy commitments. Information may be processed in the United States.

Enquiries sent by email are retained in our mailbox for as long as we need them to manage the relationship, and then deleted. Hosting logs are retained according to our provider's standard retention period.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, or to object to how we use it. To make a request, email contact@inspiresgenius.com and we will respond within the period the applicable law requires.

This website is intended for adults and for professionals acting for their organisations. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Where InspiresGenius works with educational institutions, any handling of student information is governed by the agreement with that institution, not by this page.

We may update this policy as the site changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
